Fluke ii1030 Acoustic Imager
Product Description
Fluke ii1030 Acoustic Imager with LeakQ™: Detect, Locate, and Assess Gas Leaks
The Fluke ii1030 Acoustic Imager gives maintenance teams a faster way to find compressed air, gas and vacuum leaks and verify air tightness, without spending hours tracing lines or checking individual connections.
SoundSight™ Acoustic Imaging Technology uses an array of 202 digital MEMS microphones to detect ultrasonic sound and overlay its location onto a visible image. Technicians can scan large areas and quickly see where a leak is coming from, even in noisy industrial environments. With a detection range of more than 100 m depending on ambient conditions, the ii1030 also helps locate difficult-to-access leaks from a safer distance.
Overview
-
- Locate compressed air, gas and vacuum leaks quickly
- Quantify leak rate and cost with LeakQ™ Mode
- Pinpoint leaks from more than 100 m away
- Verify air tightness with Beacon Mode
- Generate inspection reports directly on the device
- What’s new:
The Fluke ii1030 replaces the ii905, and the Fluke ii1050 replaces the ii915 – on a new firmware platform. The ii1030 and ii1050 now come with:
- • Next-generation 202 MEMS microphone array for improved acoustic localization (up from 64)
- • 13 MP visual camera for clearer, more precise fault imagery (up from 5 MP)
- • Lighter, more ergonomic design at 1.2 kg (down from 2.0–2.1 kg)
- • IP54 rugged rating for outdoor, dusty, and light-raining environments (up from IP40)
- • 7” Anti-Glare, sunlight-readable touchscreen display
- • 110 GB of on-board memory (up from 32 GB)
- • Built-in torch/LED for dark cabinets, basements, and substations
- • Hot-swappable batteries for effectively unlimited uptime across a full shift (>7 hours vs. 6 hours)
- • Wider operating temperature range: -10° to 45°C (14° to 113°F)
- • New on-device reporting, in addition to offline and online reporting
- • Improved LeakQ™ leak-quantification and PDQ™ classification algorithms
- • The ii1050 adds optional/included Ti Mode™ thermal imaging via the TC03A module
